Altölabholung
Wir arbeiten mit der Firma Altola AG zusammen. Zu jedem 200-Liter-Fass erhalten Sie automatisch einen Altölbon für die Abholung von 200 Litern Altöl. Dieser befindet sich in der Versandtasche, die am Fass befestigt ist.
Wichtig: Lassen Sie den Bon in der Versandtasche, bis das Altöl zur Abholung bereit ist, um einen Verlust des Bons zu vermeiden.
Auf dem Altölbon finden Sie die Gratis-Telefonnummer (0800 258 652) von Altola AG. Sie sind dafür verantwortlich, die Abholung direkt mit Altola AG zu vereinbaren, indem Sie dort anrufen. Bei der Übergabe des Altöls muss der Bon abgegeben werden.
Leeres Fass:
Ein zusätzliches leeres Fass kann bei der Firma Altola AG bestellt werden. Melden Sie dies bitte vor der Abholung während der Anmeldung direkt bei Altola AG an. Altola AG wird das leere Fass mitbringen und gleichzeitig das Fass mit dem Altöl mitnehmen.
Hinweis:
Eine kostenlose Abholung ist erst ab einer Menge von 200 Litern möglich. Für Mengen unter 200 Litern kann dennoch ein Altölbon für ein 200-Liter-Fass bei uns erworben werden. Dieser kostet CHF 55.- zzgl. MwSt.
Zusätzliche Informationen:
Wir haben keinen Einfluss auf die Abwicklung der Altölabholung. Diese liegt vollständig in der Verantwortung des Kunden und der Firma Altola AG. Alle Fragen zur Abholung richten Sie bitte direkt an Altola AG.
Wichtig: Der Altölbon kann nicht dupliziert werden. Ein Verstoß gegen diese Regelung führt dazu, dass der Kunde die gesamten Kosten der Abholung sowie zusätzlich eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von CHF 30.- an uns zahlen muss.

Bitte beachten Sie:
Altöl ist gefährlicher Abfall. Achten Sie darauf, es in geeigneten, dicht verschlossenen Behältern zu lagern und zu transportieren, um Umweltschäden oder Gefährdungen zu vermeiden. Das zu entsorgende Altöl darf nicht mit anderen Sonderabfällen vermischt werden. Für jeglichen Verstoß haftet der Kunde selbst.

Collecte des huiles usagées
Nous collaborons avec la société Altola AG. Chaque fût de 200 litres est automatiquement accompagné d’un bon pour la collecte de 200 litres d’huile usagée. Ce bon se trouve dans la pochette de transport fixée au fût.
Important : Laissez le bon dans la pochette jusqu’à ce que l’huile soit prête à être collectée afin d’éviter sa perte.
Le bon contient le numéro de téléphone gratuit d’Altola AG (0800 258 652). Il est de votre responsabilité d’organiser la collecte directement avec Altola AG en les appelant. Lors de la remise de l’huile usagée, le bon doit être remis au chauffeur.
Fût vide :
Un fût vide supplémentaire peut être commandé auprès d’Altola AG. Veuillez informer Altola AG de votre demande avant la collecte, lors de l’enregistrement. Altola AG apportera le fût vide et récupérera simultanément le fût contenant l’huile usagée.
Remarque :
La collecte gratuite est possible uniquement à partir d’une quantité de 200 litres. Pour des quantités inférieures à 200 litres, un bon pour la collecte d’un fût de 200 litres peut être acheté auprès de nous pour CHF 55.- hors TVA.
Informations supplémentaires :
Nous n’avons aucun contrôle sur le processus de collecte des huiles usagées. La responsabilité incombe entièrement au client et à Altola AG. Toute question concernant la collecte doit être adressée directement à Altola AG.
Important : Le bon ne peut pas être dupliqué. Toute violation de cette règle entraînera des frais complets de collecte ainsi qu’un supplément administratif de CHF 30.- à votre charge.

Veuillez noter :
L’huile usagée est un déchet dangereux. Veillez à la conserver et à la transporter dans des contenants adaptés et bien fermés pour éviter des dommages environnementaux ou des risques pour la santé. L’huile usagée à éliminer ne doit pas être mélangée à d’autres déchets spéciaux. Le client est seul responsable en cas de non-respect.

Raccolta dell'olio usato
Collaboriamo con la società Altola AG. Ogni fusto da 200 litri viene automaticamente fornito con un buono per la raccolta di 200 litri di olio usato. Questo buono si trova nella busta di spedizione fissata al fusto.
Importante: Lasciare il buono nella busta fino a quando l’olio usato sarà pronto per la raccolta, per evitarne lo smarrimento.
Il buono contiene il numero di telefono gratuito di Altola AG (0800 258 652). È responsabilità del cliente organizzare la raccolta direttamente con Altola AG chiamando questo numero. Durante la consegna dell’olio usato, il buono deve essere consegnato all’autista.
Fusto vuoto :
È possibile ordinare un fusto vuoto aggiuntivo presso Altola AG. Segnalare questa necessità prima del ritiro, durante la registrazione, direttamente ad Altola AG. Altola AG porterà il fusto vuoto e ritirerà contemporaneamente il fusto contenente l’olio usato.
Nota:
Il ritiro gratuito è possibile solo per quantità pari o superiori a 200 litri. Per quantità inferiori, è comunque possibile acquistare un buono per la raccolta di un fusto da 200 litri al costo di CHF 55.- IVA esclusa.
Informazioni aggiuntive:
Non abbiamo alcun controllo sul processo di raccolta dell’olio usato. La responsabilità è interamente a carico del cliente e di Altola AG. Eventuali domande sulla raccolta devono essere indirizzate direttamente ad Altola AG.
Importante: Il buono non può essere duplicato. Qualsiasi violazione di questa regola comporterà l’addebito dell’intero costo della raccolta e un supplemento amministrativo di CHF 30.- a carico del cliente.

Si prega di notare:
L’olio usato è un rifiuto pericoloso. Assicurarsi di conservarlo e trasportarlo in contenitori idonei e ben chiusi per evitare danni ambientali o rischi per la salute. L’olio usato destinato allo smaltimento non deve essere mischiato con altri rifiuti speciali. Il cliente è l’unico responsabile in caso di violazione.

Waste Oil Collection
We collaborate with Altola AG. Each 200-liter drum automatically comes with a voucher for the collection of 200 liters of waste oil. This voucher is located in the shipping pouch attached to the drum.
Important: Leave the voucher in the pouch until the waste oil is ready for collection to avoid losing it.
The voucher includes the toll-free number of Altola AG (0800 258 652). It is your responsibility to arrange the collection directly with Altola AG by calling this number. The voucher must be handed over to the driver at the time of collection.
Empty Drum:
An additional empty drum can be ordered from Altola AG. Please notify Altola AG of your request before collection during registration. Altola AG will bring the empty drum and collect the drum containing the waste oil at the same time.
Note:
Free collection is only available for quantities of 200 liters or more. For quantities below 200 liters, a voucher for a 200-liter drum can still be purchased from us for CHF 55.- plus VAT.
Additional Information:
We have no control over the waste oil collection process. The responsibility lies entirely with the customer and Altola AG. Any questions regarding the collection should be directed to Altola AG.
Important: The voucher cannot be duplicated. Any violation of this rule will result in the full cost of collection being charged to the customer, along with an additional processing fee of CHF 30.-.

Waste oil is hazardous waste. Ensure that it is stored and transported in appropriate, tightly sealed containers to prevent environmental damage or health risks. Waste oil to be disposed of must not be mixed with other hazardous waste. The customer is solely responsible for any violations.
